Notes:
If you need to return the product due to allergies, please attach a doctor's certificate and apply for a return within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the product is used more than 1/3, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
For 7-day unconditional return and refund, the postage must be borne by yourself, and the refund does not include the shipping fee. Please provide the mailing number after sending it back.
If you receive a defective or problematic product, you can claim the shipping fee back from the company after sending it back. A shipping receipt must be provided.
If we have arranged to pick up the product, but the delivery staff has visited 3 times but failed to successfully retrieve the product, your application will be cancelled. Please forgive us.

7天无理由退货退款，邮费必须自行承担，退款的款项不包含运费。寄回后请提供邮寄单号。
如是收到瑕疵品或有问题的，寄回后，运费可和公司claim回费用。必须提供运费收据。
当我们已安排取件，但宅配人员到访3次却无法顺利收回商品，将取消您的申请，敬请见谅。
